This is a near mint, American made Caesar's Brother
applique quilt. It is an old top which was made in the mid-19th
century and hand quilted recently. It is all hand appliqued and
quilted. The fabric is calico printed and solid colors in green,
red, yellow ocher & lighter yellow. It is in unwashed/unused
condition. There is one spot of light staining, which I was told
occurred from storage in a wood blanket chest. Otherwise it is
in excellent condition.
