Please Note: Because of the time required to complete each quilt, I create a limited number of quilts each year. I have recently received an unexpectedly large number of orders, which has resulted in a delivery date for new orders of
September 2012.
This will move out as I receive new orders. I'm very sorry for the long lead time.
Quilts will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless other arrangements are made. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, with final payment due prior to shipment of your quilt. Shipping charges within the US are listed on the website, foreign shipments are usually shipped via USPS Priority International Mail and billed at cost.
Samples
The colors of your quilt will be basically the same as those pictured, however, the fabric may vary slightly, based on availability. If you would like to receive samples of the fabrics which will be used to make your quilt, or if you would like to see alternate colorways, let me know the color(s), along with the pattern name (just send an e-mail with your mailing address). I'll send sample fabric which I'll reserve for two weeks.
Return Policy
I'm sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however, if you wish to return your quilt, it must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt, properly packaged and in good condition. Please notify the shipper immediately if any merchandise arrives damaged. For your protection, returned quilts must be fully insured while in transit. T-shirt, memorial, memory quilts and custom quilts cannot be returned.
To Place an Order

You can pay via credit card, Paypal or personal check.

order form, indicate the form of payment and enclose the form
with your clothing.
- You can use the

Order Form on my website for a credit card order.
- You can e-mail your order and I will reply with the amount
owed and the address to send your payment to. I accept personal
checks and money orders in US Funds only.
- You can phone (518-842-8700) your order and credit card
information. If I am unavailable to take your call, please leave your name,
phone number and a good time to call back.
- Via Paypal - You can use the Paypal button where available,
or I can send an invoice. You don't need a paypal account,
you can by-pass and still charge securely on your credit card.
- You may split your payment - 50% at the time of order, and the remainder due prior to shipment of your completed quilt, or you may pay in full.
50% deposit at the time of order placement with balance due at finish
Depending on which method of payment you choose, I will charge your credit card, process a Paypal invoice or deposit your check for your 50% deposit at the time I receive your order. About a week before your quilt is finished, I will send a photo and make arrangements for payment of the balance. Full payment is due prior to shipping your finished quilt.
Full payment at the time of order placement
Depending on which method of payment you choose, I will charge your credit card, process a Paypal invoice or deposit your check when I begin working on your quilt. It typically takes 3-4 weeks from the time I begin work on your quilt until it is finished. Larger quilts may take longer.
